She has served as an advisor to the U.N., the G-20, foundations, and national governments on learning metrics, AI in education, and schooling in emergencies. She is the co-author of The Disengaged Teen: Helping Kids Learn Better, Feel Better, and Live Better.

Dr. Nataliya Kosmyna is a Research Scientist at MIT Media Lab’s Fluid Interfaces group and Visiting Researcher at Google. She has 15+ years of experience designing brain-computer interfaces that merge AI and human cognition. Her award-winning work spans classrooms to space and has been featured in The New York Times, CNN, and Nature. She advises UNESCO and UNICEF on neurotechnology ethics.
